Braylor uses the Realtor Portal to coordinate property services, project communication, scheduling, documents, signatures, photographs, invoices, and account access.

Information we handle

The portal may store account and brokerage details, property addresses, service requests, project messages, appointment information, uploaded files, photographs, invoices, electronic-signature records, notification preferences, and security records such as login activity and device information.

How information is used

We use portal information to provide requested Braylor services, communicate about properties, manage schedules and approvals, deliver documents, maintain account security, support users, and improve portal reliability.

Service providers

Braylor may use trusted providers for hosting, authentication, file storage, email delivery, accounting integrations, mapping imagery, and notifications. Information is shared only as needed to operate those services or when required by law.

Retention and security

Braylor applies access controls, audit records, private storage, encrypted sessions, and backups appropriate to the portal. Records are retained as needed for active services, business records, security, and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may update profile information and notification preferences in the portal. Contact Braylor to request access, correction, or deletion of account information, subject to records Braylor must retain.
