Portal Terms
Effective September 1, 2026
The Braylor Realtor Portal is provided to authorized Braylor clients and team members for coordinating services and property-related work.
Authorized use
You agree to provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, use the portal only for legitimate Braylor business, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Requests and scheduling
Portal submissions communicate requested work but do not guarantee availability, timing, pricing, or acceptance until Braylor confirms them. Dates, proposals, invoices, and agreements shown in the portal should be reviewed carefully.
Documents and electronic signatures
When you electronically sign or approve an item, you intend that action to have the same effect as your handwritten signature or written approval. Download and retain completed documents for your records.
Property and client information
You confirm that you are authorized to provide property, client, access, image, and document information submitted through the portal. Do not upload unlawful content or sensitive information unrelated to Braylor services.
Availability
Braylor works to keep the portal secure and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Braylor may update, suspend, or restrict the portal to protect users, data, or service reliability.
